Paws & Claws of Morganton
and thank you for your interest in our services.

We are dedicated to providing extraordinary pet care in a clean and safe environment that is fun 
and relaxing for pets and pleasing to their people.

STEP ONE:  CREATE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

As a new customer, the first step to becoming a part of the Paws & Claws of Morganton family is to create your new customer account:

• Please CALL US and we will do this with you by phone (or, in person if you wish!)

• You will only have to create your account once. 
• After you have created your account, you will add your Pet(s) information.
• Once you have added your Pet’s – you can make reservations for the following Pet Services: 
Overnight Boarding/Lodging, Doggie Daycare, and Grooming.


STEP TWO:  COMPLETE & SUBMIT FORMS

The second step is to complete the owner/pet information forms  prior to your arrival or drop-off date.

There are 3 ways to provide us with your completed forms:


1) You may fill out the forms online by tapping the links below.  

2) Or, you may stop by to pickup a "New Customer Packet" and drop the forms off prior to your arrival date.

3) You may also request the forms be emailed to you by emailing us:  reservations@pcm.pet

 Boarding Reservation Checklist

Vaccinations

• Email vaccination records to: reservations@pcm.pet 

• We must receive these records within 48 hours of stay.

• Canine vaccines required: Distemper/Parvo/Rabies/Bordetella

• Feline vaccines required: Feline distemper/Rabies

NOTE:  Please become educated on Canine Influenza aka dog flu.

New Client Forms

• All forms must be completed prior to arrival.  

• Your forms can be submitted online (links above), dropped off or emailed to us!

• There are 3 ways to obtain the forms: online, stop by and pickup a packet, or email us to request the forms be emailed to you.


Arrival Times

• First-time boarders need to be here by 5:00pm.

• All others need to be here by 5:30pm.

• This ensures out staff has time to get your pet(s) settled in before the end of the day!

Other Important Reminders/Notes

• Lobby is closed from 12 Noon to 1:00 pm.

• If it's your FIRST TIME staying with us or you would like a tour of our facility, please plan to come by prior to your drop-off date.

• Owners are not allowed to accompany their pet to the kennel area at drop-off.  It is upsetting for some pets and they usually do much better if mom and/or dad say goodbye in the lobby.
